He understands the pressure downtime creates and is known for his ability to stay calm, analyse problems on the spot, and devise practical, effective fixes. Alex complements this with a strong focus on business operations, planning, and customer service. Together, they ensure the work isn’t just done well on the tools, but also delivered efficiently, communicated clearly, and followed through to completion, in line with the scope of the job and our client's requirements.
