James has years of experience working directly on machinery in demanding environments; he has seen it all. From urgent breakdowns on farms to complex hydraulic failures on mining and oil & gas sites. He understands the pressure downtime creates and is known for his ability to stay calm, analyse problems on the spot, and devise practical, effective fixes. His reputation is built on results that work in the field, every time.

Alex complements this with a strong focus on business operations, planning, and customer service. Together, they ensure the work isn’t just done well on the tools, but also delivered efficiently, communicated clearly, and followed through to completion, in line with the scope of the job and our client's requirements.

As a family-run business, we take personal responsibility for the work we put our name on. Our multi-industry experience allows us to adapt quickly, apply proven solutions across different environments, and support clients with a practical, no-nonsense approach.
